CAVEMAN WOODWORKING is a woodworking and custom cabinetry planning application. It allows users to:

• Explore woodworking and cabinetry services
• View design inspiration
• Save favorite services and designs
• Prepare rough project estimates
• Create draft quote or consultation requests
• Maintain project-planning checklists
• Store basic request summaries locally
• Prepare emails for inquiries and customer support

The app does not require user registration or account creation.

The app does not process payments and does not collect card, banking, loan, investment, or cryptocurrency information.

2. Information You May Enter

You may voluntarily enter information when preparing a quote request, consultation inquiry, project draft, or support email.

This information may include:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• City and state
• Preferred contact method
• Project category
• Approximate project dimensions
• Material and finish preferences
• Desired project timeframe
• Planning budget range
• Project description
• Installation preferences
• Existing-unit removal requirements
• Additional project notes
• Saved services or design inspiration
• Estimate selections and results

You should not enter payment-card information, bank-account information, government identification numbers, passwords, medical information, or other highly sensitive information into the app.

3. Information Stored Locally

The app may store the following information locally on your device:

• Onboarding completion status
• Theme preference
• Saved services
• Favorite design inspiration
• Project checklist progress
• Draft inquiry information
• Basic contact details you choose to save
• Rough estimate details
• Locally maintained request summaries
• Local request statuses
• General application settings

This information is stored in the app’s private local storage using Android storage mechanisms such as SharedPreferences.

Local information is not automatically transmitted to a CAVEMAN WOODWORKING server.

4. Information Sent Through Email

When you choose to submit a quote request, consultation request, or support inquiry, the app prepares an email containing the information you entered.

The app then opens an installed email application using an Android email intent. You must review and send the email yourself.

The app does not send the email automatically.

When you send an email:

• The information is processed by your selected email provider.
• The information is delivered to dev@cavemanwoodworking.store.
• Your email provider may process information according to its own privacy policy.
• Standard email metadata, such as your email address, delivery time, and technical routing information, may be processed by the email service.

Sending an email does not guarantee project acceptance, service availability, pricing, or appointment confirmation.

5. Internet Images and External Content

The app may load woodworking, cabinetry, furniture, or interior-design images from external royalty-free image providers.

When an image is requested, the external image provider or its hosting service may receive technical information normally transmitted during an internet request, such as:

• Internet Protocol address
• Device or browser request information
• Date and time of the request
• Requested image address
• General network information

This information is handled by the relevant external provider according to its own privacy practices.

Images displayed in the app may be used as general design inspiration and do not necessarily represent completed projects by CAVEMAN WOODWORKING.

6. How Information Is Used

Information entered or stored through the app may be used to:

The current version does not use:

This section must be updated before release if analytics, crash reporting, advertising, cloud storage, account systems, or other third-party SDKs that collect data are later added.

We do not sell or rent personal information.

Information is shared with your selected email provider and delivered to our support email when you choose to send an inquiry.

Service Providers

Technical providers may process limited information when necessary to provide functions such as image hosting or email delivery.

• Delete an individual item
• Use an available clear-data option within the app
• Clear the app’s storage through Android settings
• Uninstall the app

Information Sent by Email

Information sent to us through email may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• Respond to the inquiry
• Discuss the requested project
• Maintain appropriate business correspondence
• Address disputes or security issues
• Meet applicable legal or recordkeeping obligations

When information is no longer reasonably required, it may be deleted or anonymized where practical.

10. Data Deletion

You can delete locally stored information by:

• Deleting saved requests or drafts inside the app
• Removing favorites
• Resetting checklist progress
• Using the app’s clear-data controls, where available
• Clearing the app’s storage through Android device settings
• Uninstalling the app

Include enough information for us to identify the relevant correspondence. Do not send passwords, card information, banking details, or government-issued identification unless specifically and lawfully required.

We may need to retain limited information where required by law, for legitimate recordkeeping, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or security purposes.

Because the app does not provide user accounts, there is no online account-deletion process.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information handled by the app.

Local information is stored within the app’s private storage area, subject to the protections provided by the Android operating system and the security of your device.

However, no device, storage system, email transmission, or internet connection can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are responsible for:

• Protecting access to their devices
• Using a secure screen lock
• Maintaining the security of their email accounts
• Reviewing information before sending an email

12. Permissions

The app requests only permissions or platform access reasonably required for its features.

Email communication is initiated through installed email applications. The app does not require access to your email-account password or inbox.

Any pricing shown by the estimate calculator is a general, non-binding planning estimate and is not a payment request, invoice, contract, or guaranteed quote.

Final pricing and payment arrangements must be confirmed separately with the business.

15. Children’s Privacy

The app is intended for adults seeking woodworking, cabinetry, furniture, or project-planning services. It is not directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.

16. Your Choices

You may choose to:

• Use the informational portions of the app without submitting an inquiry
• Avoid saving optional contact information

17. No Automated Decision-Making

The app does not use personal information for automated decisions that create legal or similarly significant effects.

The estimate calculator uses user-selected project factors to produce a general planning range. It does not approve projects, guarantee pricing, confirm scheduling, determine eligibility, or create a binding agreement.

18. International Processing

Email providers, image-hosting services, and other third-party technology providers may process information in countries other than your own.

Their processing is governed by their own privacy practices and applicable legal requirements.

19. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when:
